INDIANAPOLIS - The Marian University baseball team's doubleheader at Manchester College that was scheduled for Sunday afternoon has fallen victim to the rainy weather.

The Knights and Spartans were scheduled for a twinbill to begin at 1 p.m. in North Manchester, but the inclement weather proved too much as the doubleheader has been put on hold. No reschedule date has been determined as of yet.

MU will travel to Butler University on Tuesday afternoon to battle the Bulldogs at 3 p.m.

The Knights will open their home season on Wednesday afternoon when the University of Indianapolis comes to Marian University Baseball Field. The game will air LIVE at www.muknights.com beginning at 3:30 p.m.
