INDIANAPOLIS - Marian University men's cross country senior Kyle Murray (Morgantown, Ind./Indian Creek) was named the Mid-Central College Conference Runner of the Week for the third time this season, the conference office announced on Monday.

Murray earned a seventh-place finish in a competition that featured 216 runners at the Southeastern Classic on Saturday in Louisville, Ky. He finished the course in a time of 25:53.

It is the third time that Murray has been honored as the Runner of the Week. He was named the first MCC honoree after the first week of competition, and he also earned the honor two weeks ago after breaking the Eagle Invitational course record and earning the men's individual title.

The Knights head to the Mid-Central College Conference Championships on Saturday, November 7 in Fort Wayne, Ind.
