The second-seeded Knights swept through seventh-seeded Huntington University in three sets, 25-8, 26-16, 25-12, to improve to 29-7 and advance to the semifinal round. The Knights tied the school record for wins which was set in 1997 when the team went 29-6.

Set number two was a little better for the Foresters, but the Knights still opened a six-point lead, 15-9, en route to a 25-16 win. Freshman Holly Wasmund (Avon, Ind./Avon) led the Knights with three kills and 11 assists in the set.
The third set started with a little more fire as the teams went back-and-forth until the score was 5-5. The Knights went on a 7-0 run to take a 12-5 lead, and Huntington could only get as close as seven, 15-8, the rest of the way. The Knights closed the Foresters out with a 5-0 run to finish the match and claim the 25-12 third set win and the sweep. Miller led the way with four kills, while senior Rachel Klene (Indianapolis, Ind./Roncalli) added three kills.
Miller and freshman Ashley Francis (Avon, Ind./Avon) led the Knights with eight kills each, while Klene added seven and Wasmund tallied six kills.
