INDIANAPOLIS - Marian University head men's and women's bowling coach
Chad Hardin is proud to announce the third commitment to the startup program at Marian University.
Beau Hadley, a left-handed bowler from Brownsburg, Ind., is the second male bowler to sign with Marian University, which will begin competing as part of the United States Bowling Congress this fall. Hadley will graduate from Brownsburg High School in the spring before becoming part of the inaugural class of Knights bowling.
"Beau is a big, powerful left-handed bowler," said Coach Hardin. "He comes from a very good high school program and has been well coached. We are expecting big things from beau as he should be able to come in right away and contribute to our program."
Hadley is a four-year member of the varsity bowling program at Brownsburg High School and was a member of one state championship and two sectional and regional titles. As a freshman, his team was sectional and regional champions and earned a runner-up finish in the state finals. He advanced to the semi-states as an individual that season. During that year, Hadley's youth state team earned a third-place finish in the state tournament.
In his sophomore season, Hadley finished as the city tournament champion in doubles and all events.
As a junior, he led the Bulldogs to the state championship as well as sectional and regional titles. His state youth team was also the champion at the city tournament.
Hadley becomes the third commitment to the startup program.
