INDIANAPOLIS - Marian University head women's basketball coach
Todd Bacon is proud to announce the fourth commitment for the 2010-11 season.
Adrienne Sahm, who recently completed a transfer from Bellarmine University, has signed to compete for the Knights next season.
"Adrienne will provide a boost to our outside shooting," said Bacon. "She has always played extremely hard with a high level of intensity. She sees the floor very well and is capable of playing all three perimeter positions."
At Cathedral High School, Sahm scored 1,242 career points and averaged 21.2 points, 5.9 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game as a senior. She was named Associated Press All-State third team and was a McDonald's All-America nominee. She was a two-time All-City first team selection who earned a spot on the North/South All-Star team. She was also a member of the Hoosier Reunion Classic All-Star team.
Sahm becomes the fourth player to commit to the Knights' program for the 2010-11 season. The Knights made their first-ever trip to the MCC Tournament title game last season.
