CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. - The Marian University men's cross country team
traveled to Crawfordsville, Ind., on Saturday to compete in the 49th
annual Wabash Hokum Karem. The Knights finished in the dead center of
the pack with a third place finish out of six teams. Wabash swept the
top three spots for the victory on the day.
The set-up for the Hokum Karem places pairs of runners from each school in a six mile race in which the passing of a baton signifies the changing of runners throughout the course.
The Knights were short some key runners on Saturday but look to be back at full strength on Friday when they travel to Olivet Nazarene for 5k and 8k races.
