CHICAGO, Illinois - The Marian College women's cross country earned a 26th-place finish at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Sophomore Adrienne Shepherd (Kokomo, Indiana/Kokomo) was the Knights' high finisher after she ran a 21:20. Freshman Audra Gehlhausen (Bristow, Indiana/Perry Central) ran a time of 21:46 while sophomore Emily Miller (Eaton, Indiana/Delta) ran a time of 22:07.

Freshman Laura Neuman (Rushville, Indiana/Rushville) ran a time of 22:15 while junior Brooke Meier (Brookville, Indiana/Oldenburg Academy) ran a time of 22:25.

Freshman  Marissa Gill (Slidell, Louisiana/Slidell) ran a time of 23:02 while senior Amanda Frey (Cincinnati, Ohio/Oldenburg Academy) ran a time of 23:16. Junior Jill Kuntz (Batesville, Indiana/Oldenburg Academy) finished in a time of 23:35.

The Knights head to Lisle, Illinois, for the Eagle Invitational on Friday, October 10.
