SOUTH BEND, Indiana - The Marian College women's cross country team finished in 31st place at the 2008 National Catholic Championship on the campus of the University of Notre Dame on Friday afternoon.

Laura Neuman (Rushville, Indiana/Rushville), senior
Stefanie Krueger (Tell City, Indiana/Tell City), sophomore
Emily Miller (Eaton, Indiana/Delta), sophomore
Brooke Meier (Brookville, Indiana/Oldenburg Academy), freshman
Audra Gehlhausen (Bristow, Indiana/Perry Central), and senior Laticia Yeager teamed for the 31st place finish.
Shepherd led the Knights with a time of 21:18 over the five-kilometer course. Neuman finished in 21:40, Krueger had a time of 22:14, Miller finished in 23:06, Meier had a time of 23:08, and Gehlhausen finished in 23:09.
The Knights head to the Loyola Lakefront Invitational on Saturday, September 27, in Chicago, Illinois.
