INDIANAPOLIS - Marian University head volleyball coach Ashlee Pritchard is proud to announce the sixth commitment to Knights volleyball for the 2013-14 season.

Emily Graves, who will graduate from Avon High School this spring, is the sixth student-athlete to sign with the second-year head coach.

Graves is a 6-2 middle blocker who competed for the 2012 IHSAA Class 4A state champion Orioles and has competed with Circle City Volleyball Club in Indianapolis. She is a four-year letter winner who will earn an academic honors diploma. She was a South Junior All-Star and a South Senior All-Star who was also part of the 2011 IHSAA Class 4A state runner-up Avon squad. She was part of the first Avon squad to win the state volleyball championship in 2012.

She plans to major in nursing at Marian University.

Graves joins Kylie Flanagan, Taylor Greenan, Lauren Gregory, Frannie Stephenson and Maddie Heidenreich as the current commitments for Coach Pritchard's 2013 squad.
