INDIANAPOLIS - The Marian University volleyball team snapped  a three-match losing skid with a four-set win over Mt. Vernon Nazarene University tonight at the Physical Education Center. MU defeated MVNU, 27-25, 25-18, 22-25, 25-18, to move to 10-7 on the year and 7-3 in league play.

Senior Becky Gramer led four Knights in double figures in the attack with a match-high 17 kills and tallied 15 digs in defense. Junior Megen Ruff and freshman Lauren Gregory each added 15 kills, while freshman Emily Graves tallied 11 kills.

Freshman Taylor Greenan tallied a match-high 27 digs to lead the MU defense, while senior Kacie Kelly and freshman Maddie Heidenreich split the passing duties with 27 and 25 assists, respectively. Kelly added four block assists and a solo block, while Graves and Gregory each had a pair of solo blocks. Senior Katie Kaiser added 13 digs in defense for the Knights.

MU will take on Taylor University at the Physical Education Center on Saturday night. First serve is slated for 7 p.m. The match will feature LIVE STATS at MUKNIGHTS.com.
