2014 AVCA THIRTY UNDER 30 AWARD LIST

INDIANAPOLIS - The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) recently named Marian University head volleyball coach Ashlee Pritchard a 2014 Thirty Under 30 award recipient for her passion and dedication to coaching. The 2014 award marks the second time she earned the award and the first award as MU head coach.

"I want to be able to give back to the sport and help train young women in hopes that they will have the same love. But more importantly, a person can learn so much about life through athletics. The goal of any of my programs is that my athletes can take the lessons that they have learned on the court and apply them off the court, to be the best person they can be," said Pritchard.

This fall, Pritchard will enter her third season at Marian University. In her second season, Pritchard led the Knights to an 18-11 record. She has amassed a 32-25 career record in two seasons as a head coach.
