INDIANAPOLIS - Marian University head volleyball coach Ashlee Pritchard is proud to announce the commitment of Crystal Williams for the 2014-15 season.

Williams, who recently graduated from Pike High School, is the sixth to commit to MU volleyball for the fall season.

A 5-11 middle hitter, Williams earned her team's most valuable player award and was named all-conference. She also earned the team's mental attitude award and was named all-county. In 2013, she started 30 matches and finished the season with 325 kills and 29 service aces. She notched 83 total blocks with 52 being solo efforts and notched 236 digs.

Her tallied a season-best 16 blocks in a match and had a 19-kill match as well. She also registered 18 digs in a match in 2013.

She joins Sabrina Brown, Ericka Ham, Sarah Hayataka, Julie Hoying and AlyxaKay Shields as 2014 newcomers for coach Pritchard.
