PLYMOUTH, Indiana - The Marian College men's golf team picked up a fifth-place finish at the Bethel College Classic over the weekend at Indiana National Golf Course.
Junior
Luke Weber (North Vernon, Indiana/Jennings County) picked up co-medalist honors after he carded a two-day total 149 (77-72). It is the first medalist honor for Weber in his career.
Junior
Nick Olsen (White Pigeon, Michigan/White Pigeon) carded a 156 (77-79) as an individual for the Knights.
Senior
Jacob Murray (Logansport, Indiana/Logansport) carded a 158 (77-81) while senior
Evan Brown (New Albany, Indiana/New Albany) carded a 157 (80-77). Freshman
Anthony Narwold (Batesville, Indiana) shot a 162 (88-74) while his classmate
Sean Jones (Indianapolis) shot a 170 (83-87).
The Knights close out the fall season when they head to the NAIA National Preview. The event will be held at TPC at Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois. The event is scheduled for October 24 and 25.
