INDIANAPOLIS - The Marian University volleyball team lost its second straight match in a four-set affair against Huntington University at the Physical Education Center on Wednesday night.

The Knights fell 22-25, 25-21, 23-25, 19-25 to fall to 2-3 on the season and 2-2 in league play, while the Foresters improved to 2-3 overall and 2-3 in league play.

Sophomore Frannie Stephenson led a trio of Knights with double-digit kills as she had a team-high 16 kills and also added eight digs in defense. Sophomore Crystal Williams tallied 12 kills and had two block assists, while sophomore McKenzie Mason tallied 10 kills for MU.

Sophomore Julie Hoying notched her second double-double of the season after she registered a match-high 49 assists and tallied 10 digs in defense, while junior Vanessa Lay notched a team-high 20 digs. Sophomore Ericka Ham added 15 digs in defense and six kills in the attack for MU.

The Knights will hit the road on Friday to take on Taylor University (6-6; 3-1 CL) at Odle Arena in Upland, Ind. First serve is slated for 7 p.m.
