TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Marian women's golf team fired a program record 298 Sunday, and finished with a 616 two-day score to win the Rose-Hulman Fall Invitational in Terre Haute, Indiana. The 616 36-hole score is also a program record. The Knights took the top four spots individually and have now won both tournaments they have competed in this season.

"It's a great feeling," said head coach Brett Cope. "We can't rest on our laurels, but I never dreamed I would coach a team under 300. We wanted to make everyone play to us and that's exactly what we did this weekend."

Marian's 616 was the top score, while Franklin finished second with a 681. Rose-Hulman came in third with a 683 and Hanover finished fourth with a 690. Marian shot a 318 on Saturday, which was 29 strokes better than RHIT's 337. Sunday, the Knights put together a 298, which was 40 strokes better than Franklin's 338.

Anna Tucker finished first individually with a 78-73=151, while Annie Getzin was right behind her with a 76-77=153 for second place. Taylor Wilson finished a stroke behind Getzin with an 81-73=154, while Emily Tilton finished fourth with an 83-75=158.
