MARION, Ind. - The Marian men's and women's track teams completed the two day Crossroads Invitational Saturday at Indiana Wesleyan in Marion, Indiana. The men finished second, while the women claimed third.

Moussa Conde won the 60 meters for the men with a time of 6.84 seconds and Sogo Akinyosoye was right behind him in second at 6.91 seconds. Conde then won the 200 with a time of 22.02 seconds. Mychal Vinson and Aaron Murray finished third and fourth, respectively, in the 400 meters with times of 50.59 and 50.84 seconds. Vinson also won the 600 meters with a time of 1:21.86, while James Bryant finished third.

In the 800 meters, Bryson Tretter placed ninth at just over two minutes. Marian owned the mile run as Isaak Haas finished second in 4:21.04, while Chandler Ball came in fourth and Presley Martin crossed the line fifth. The 3,000 meters was also dominated by the Knights as Conor SmithGabriel Ocasio and Lucas Sullivan placed third through fifth.

Marcus Griffin finished third in the 60 meter hurdles and Emil Belmontes finished third in the high jump by clearing 1.91 meters. Jonathon Greene cleared the same height. In the triple jump, Logan Clonce finished second at 12.80 meters and Jonah Mikel took ninth in the weight throw. 

For the women, Lateefah Birks finished second in the 60 meters with a time of 7.88 seconds before finishing third in the 200 meters. Destiny Patterson and Hope Spaulding finished ninth and 10th, respectively. Raven Gibson finished fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 1:00.62. 

In the 800 meters, Anna Dudley finished fourth in 2:23.30 and Jenna Hedlund crossed the line 10th. Kiersten Schrope and Rachel Dever finished third and sixth in the mile run, respectively. In the 4x400 meter relay, Marian's team of Gibson, Schrope, Kyndal Herring and Olivia Koehl finished second in 4:06.26. 

Mieke Paulick won the high jump at 1.62 meters, while Tamia Mills and Amelia Robben finished third and fourth, respectively, in the triple jump.
