Cleveland, Ga. - The Marian women's lacrosse team knotched their first win of the spring break trip with a 19-3 victory Truett-McConnell College. Five different Knights scored goals on Wednesday, each scoring two goals or more. The win improves the Knights season record to 4-2, while the Knights are now 1-1 on the week. 

The Knights dominated the Bears from the opening draw, as Marian scored 15 unanswered goals to begin the game. The Knights attack was led by Julia Robson as she scored six Marian goals while assisting on three others, giving her nine points in the contest.  Kori Garland kept on her hot-streak, as the touted freshman added another four goals to her resume, giving the Knights leading goal-scorer 20 makes on the season. Garland is currently averaging 3.3 goals per game.

Other Knights shining in today's game were Morgan Bruce and Regan Riddle, who scored four and three goals, respectively. DeAnna Massarani also got in on the scoring action, as she converted two of her five shots for goals. 

Casey Monahan played yet another solid game in net, as she recorded five saves en route to eaning her fourth win of the season. 

The Knights will finish the road portion of their spring break games tomorrow as they take on Reinhardt University. The game will begin at 4:00 p.m.
