ORLANDO - The Marian men's tennis team took on NCAA Division I Big East member Creighton on Thursday in Orlando, Florida, and lost 7-0. The Knights are now 11-4 overall.

Marty Pochop and Nathan Bogle lost 6-1 at No. 1 doubles and Alex Wittenbaum and Ian Deiters were narrowly defeated 6-4 at No. 2. At No. 3, Marcus Hirsch and Kirby Tobin were beaten 6-0.

In singles play, Pochop fell to Harrison Long at No. 1 by a score of 6-2, 6-3, while Bogle was defeated 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2. Wittenbaum fell to Alex Koca by a score of 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3 and Deiters was beaten 6-1, 6-0 at No. 4. Hirsch put up a fight at No. 5, but was beaten 6-3, 6-2 and Tobin fell 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6.
