INDIANAPOLIS - The Marian men's tennis team moved its match indoors Saturday, but the result stayed the same as other recent matches with the Knights taking down St. Joseph's College 8-1 at the Community Healthplex in Indianapolis. It is Marian's third win in a row.

In doubles play, Danny Albert and Nathan Bogle picked up an 8-1 win at No. 1 and Ian Deiters and Marty Pochop won by the same score at No. 2. At No. 3, Alex Wittenbaum and Marcus Hirsch won 8-3 to secure the doubles sweep for the Knights.

In singles play, Pochop earned a 6-7(6), 7-6 (4), 10-6 win in a hard-fought match from start to finish. His teammates did not have as tough of a time as Bogle won 6-1, 6-1 and Albert was a 6-0, 6-0 winner. Deiters was victorious 6-1, 6-0 at No. 4 and Wittenbaum won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 5. At No. 6, Hirsch battled, but fell 7-6 (6), 2-6, 10-5.
