BATH, Mich. - The Marian women's golf team finished third out of nine teams at the Crossroads League Championships Tuesday in Bath, Michigan. The Knights led after day one, but fell to Taylor and Indiana Wesleyan after the third and final round.

Marian shot a 327+333+352=1012, which was one stroke behind Indiana Wesleyan and five behind Taylor. The Knights shot the low score of 327 in round one and their round of 333 was the second lowest in round two, just one behind the Trojans. However, Taylor stormed back on Tuesday, shooting a 339, while Marian shot a 352 in difficult conditions. 

The Knights were led by Alexa West who finished fifth overall with a score of 80+83+85=248. Taylor Wilson came in eighth place with a score of 83+79+92=254, while Emily Tilton also placed in the top 10, tying for 10th with a score of 85+88+84=257. Nina Nicpon tied for 14th with a score of 87+83+91=261 and Anna Tucker tied for 21st with a 79+92+93=264.
