MILWAUKEE - The Marian women's golf team led start-to-finish and took home first place at the Wolf Pack Invitational in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Tuesday evening. The Knights beat out six other teams.

Marian dominated the top 10, placing four individuals inside it. Sloane Winders started her collegiate career in style, earning first place individual honors with a 77+76=153. Winders' score was one stroke better than Emily Tilton's 80+74=154, which placed her second overall. Anna Tucker shot an 81+77=158 to secure fifth place and Mira Nicpon tied for seventh with an 80+83=163.

Taylor Wilson placed 15th and Alexa Elbert and Nina Nicpon tied for 16th. There were 44 individuals in the field and Elbert and Nicpon's 16th place finish was the lowest for Marian, a true marker of how well the Knights played compared to the field.
