finished in third place at the Huntington Invitational on Saturday in
Huntington, Ind.
Junior
Julia Konopasek led the Knights with an eighth-place
performance. The Munster, Ind., native finished in a time of 20:45.00.
The time is her best this season.
Junior Jessica
VanVleet finished 13th with a season-best time of 21:17.00 while junior
Molly Till finished in 15th place with a season-best time of 21:22.00.
Senior
Regina Rust finished in 17th (21:53 - season-best), freshman
Jill Kuntz finished in 18th (22:04 - season-best), junior Laticia
Yeager finished in 21st (22:30) and sophomore
Amanda Frey finished in
26th with a season-best time of 23:53.
The Knights get back on the 5K course when they travel to Evansville for the Evansville Invitational next Saturday.
