INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Three members of the Marian College women's cross country team were honored on Friday evening at the 2006 NAIA Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Ky.

Senior Regina Rust, junior Erica Baechle and junior Julia Konopasek were all named 2006 Daktronics NAIA All-America Scholar Athletes for the 2006 season.

The honor is awarded to student-athletes who have achieved junior standing and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
