Dan Findley - Head Coach - 12th Season

Dan Findley is in his 12th season as the head coach of the Marian University Knights volleyball program.

In his 11 seasons at the helm of the volleyball program, Findley has a 173-175 overall record and has had three 20-win seasons. He guided the 2006 edition to a 19-13 overall record and a berth in the NAIA Region VIII semifinals.

During his tenure at Marian University, Findley has coached 27 All-Mid-Central College Conference selections and has had three players named NAIA All-Region VIII. In addition, he coached the 2004 Mid-Central College Conference Libero of the Year.

Prior to being named head coach, Findley served as an assistant coach at Marian University.

He currently resides in Mooresville, Ind.

Rita Rouse - Assistant Coach - 1st Season

Rita Rouse is in her first year as an assistant coach at Marian University.

Rouse was the varsity coach at Morristown High School for 11 years before coming to Marian. During those 11 seasons her teams compiled a 283-124 record. She led Morristown to 11 consecutive sectional titles, five regional titles, seven conference titles, and eight Shelby County tournament titles. She had five 30-win seasons and hear teams advanced to the IHSAA Class A state finals four times, bringing home the state title in 2003. She was also named the ICGSA South Coach of the Year in 2000m 2001, 2004, and 2007.

Rita and her husband are both graduates from Morristown where they currently reside. They have five sons and two grandchildren.
