"Not the Start We Wanted" (posted on September 6, 2010)

Hey Knights Fans! I just wanted to update you on the volleyball team!  

This past weekend we competed in the Taylor Trojan Challenge. We came out of the weekend with an 0-4 record, but that does not say anything for how we played and grew as a team. We made great strides this weekend to becoming a great team.

Everyone is working hard to make the team better in their own way. Each member of our team brings something unique and powerful to the court.

Up coming this week, we begin our conference play in the Castle on Wednesday the eighth of September against Bethel at 7 o'clock. Then we are at it again on Friday night against Huntington at 7 o'clock.

To wrap up the week we travel to Grace on Saturday. I encourage everyone to come out and support all the Marian sports teams.
