"Our Hearts Go Out" (posted on September 20, 2010)

Hey Knight Fans!

I just wanted to update you on the volleyball team! We have been coming together as a team and playing very well the last couple of matches.

Everyone has stepped up and played a huge role in our wins. This past week, we defeated Goshen and Anderson! We are now 2-2 in the round robin conference play.

This week, we continue our conference play with Saint Francis on Tuesday at 7 p.m., Indiana Wesleyan on Thursday at 7 p.m., and then wrap up the week with our big rival Taylor on Saturday at 7 p.m. Please come out and support the Marian University Knights! It is going to be an exciting week!

I would also like to mention that one of the volleyball players from Grace College had her life taken from her during a tragic incident. I would just like to send our thoughts and prayers to her family and team members!

The Marian University Knights volleyball team will be doing something to show our grief. If you would like to join us please contact a member of the volleyball team!
