Marian University Visiting Team Arrival Policy


Check-in

A Marian University Athletics representative will be at the Physical
Education Center to greet visiting personnel at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Unloading/Parking

  • Basketball/Volleyball: Buses are welcome to unload teams in the West parking lot for basketball and volleyball. Please enter the Physical Education Center from the West door straight into the locker room. Parking is available on the West end and North end of the Physical Education Center.
  • Baseball: Visiting personnel are welcome to unload their vehicles in the parking lots adjacent to the baseball field or at the Physical Education Center. Parking is available in the lot across from the Marian University Baseball Field and in the lot adjacent to Marian University Softball Field, but are advised to park at their own risk.
  • Football/Soccer:
  • Softball: Visiting personnel are welcome to unload teams at the Physical Education Center or in the parking lot adjacent to the outfield fence of the Marian University Softball Field. Teams are welcome to park in the same lot, but are advised to park at their own risk.
  • Tennis: Visiting personnel are welcome to unload teams in the parking lot adjacent to the Marian University Softball Field and are welcome to park in the same lot, but are advised to park at their own risk.

Locker rooms

  • Men's Basketball/Volleyball: Visiting teams are assigned the Women's General Locker Room while preparing for games. This locker room is equipped with showers, a white-board and full restroom functions. The doors to the locker room will be locked during play and opened at halftime and post-game by a Marian University Athletics representative.
  • Football/Soccer:

Athletic Training Room

A fully-equipped and full-size training room will be available for use during events. Certified trainers will be on-site at each athletic event to provide assistance when necessary. Teams with special requests are asked to provide ample notice. Notice can be given through Athletics Administrative Assistant Cassie Lomison at 317.955.6123 or through Head Athletic Trainer Chad Gabbard at 317.955.6173.


Water Coolers

Coolers will be available for each team at each facility. The athletic training staff will provide coolers for each visiting team.

Tickets

Marian University charges admission for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball during the season. We offer season ticket packages for football, and admission is charged at the door for men's and women's basketball.
