Had a career year after started 11 games and having 12 appearances...he notched an 8-3 record with a 5.14 ERA in 70 innings of work...he tallied five complete games and had one shutout...he had nearly a 2-to-1 strikeout-to-walk ratio after striking out 50 and walking 28 on the season.

Went 6-4 in 12 appearances on the mound with an ERA of 3.93...struck out 47 in 50.1 innings pitched...threw two complete games.

Earned an Academic Honors diploma...was a two-time All-Conference first team selection...also named All-Area on two occasions...was the team's Mental Attitude award winner in 2007 and 2008.
