Kyle Menefee - 2010 Football Recruit

INDIANAPOLIS - Marian University head football coach Ted Karras, Jr., is proud to announce the commitment of Kyle Menefee for the 2010 season of Knights football.
Menefee, who will graduate from Andrean High School this spring, has committed to Coach Karras and the Knights.
He is an accomplished linebacker who was named All-Conference first team and was a Post-Tribune All-Area honorable mention in 2009. He was also named Post-Tribune All-Area second team in 2008. The defensive Most Valuable Player was also named to the The Times All-Area second team in 2008 and first team in 2009.
He has competed in weightlifting competitions and placed third at nationals in 2008.
He becomes the 13th student-athlete to commit to Knights football which kicks off its fourth season on Saturday, August 28 when the University of St. Francis (Ill.) comes to St.Vincent Health Field for the first-ever game under the lights.
