Ryan Ables - 2010 Men's Soccer Recruit
F/MF | 5-10 | Indianapolis, Ind. | RoncalliINDIANAPOLIS - Marian University head men's soccer coach Chad Hardin is proud to announce his first commitment for the 2010-11 season of Marian University men's soccer.
Ryan Ables, who will graduate from Roncalli High School this spring, becomes the first to commit to the first-year head coach of the men's soccer program.
"I am excited that Ryan will be joining our team," said Hardin. "He comes from a solid high school program and has had some good coaching. He will help add depth to our roster and is a versatile player. We can play him in the midfield or up top and we look forward to seeing what he can do."
Ables led Roncalli to sectional and regional titles as a junior and was a member of the team that made the semi-states his junior season. He was a member of the sectional champions during his senior year and made an appearance in the regional. He was the second-leading scorer on his team as a senior with seven goals.
Ables becomes the first to commit to Coach Hardin and the men's soccer program for 2010-11.
