Kissimmee, Fla. - The Marian University softball team opened up the 2010 season with back-to-back wins on opening day at the Osceola Country Softball Complex in Kissimmee, Fla., Monday. The two wins gave the Knights a 2-0 record to start the season.

The Marian University softball team received votes in the NAIA Softball Coaches' Top 25 Preseason Poll that was announced Tuesday. The Knights received 86 votes, which places them at No. 27 on the list.
